Once again, MetaSource has received certification as a Remote Support Partner for supporting ApplicationXtender and Captiva as part of EMC’s Enterprise Content Division (ECD).
What Remote Support Certification Means
Every year, EMC certifies a select number of partners to provide remote support – i.e. external support for EMC software and hardware products. This certification recognizes the quality of work done by the partner as part of EMC’s annual review.
